Welcome Friend
You're probably already tuned into to the fact that wellness is more than just physical health—it's about thriving in various dimensions of your life.
My coaching practice is for all adults, but with a specific focus on middle-aged women.
You are my people.
Just like me, you have heard it all. Seen it all. Tried it all. You are ready to cut the crap, make some lasting holistic changes and embrace the best of who you are.
What is Holistic Wellness?
True wellness means nurturing balance, purpose, and strength across six interconnected dimensions:
-
Physical: Supporting your changing body through nourishing food, movement, rest, and preventative care.
-
Mental: Keeping your mind active and agile through learning, curiosity, and creative challenges.
-
Emotional: Understanding and honoring your feelings and lived experiences, building resilience, and creating space for self-compassion.
-
Spiritual: Connecting with your values, purpose, and whatever gives your life meaning—whether through faith, reflection, or nature.
-
Social: Building and maintaining authentic relationships, enforcing healthy boundaries and surrounding yourself with people who lift you up.
-
Occupational: Finding satisfaction and purpose in your work or daily roles—whether it’s a career, caregiving, or a new chapter of reinvention.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe in a strengths-based approach to wellness and the power of positive psychology. My goal as a coach is to help unlock the potential inside each client and increase awareness of different options to embrace a more satisfying and achievable lifestyle. In the words of Dr. Maya Angelou, we do the best we can until we know better.
Then when we know better, we can do better.
I'm also aware that each person's timeline and path towards holistic wellness is different and I'm able to hold space for that journey. This is a shame-free zone!
In the words of Maya Angelou, "We do the best we can until we know better. Then when we know better, we can do better."
